拍摄后删除照片定位信息，敏感记录延迟发布并只写县域、河段或保护地级别。鸟频繁抬头、停止取食、发出警戒声或整体移动，说明距离可能过近，应立即后退。
消费和举报同样属于保护
不购买、不食用、不代运来源不明的野生鸟类及制品，也不要以“买下放生”为理由完成交易。发现网络售卖、市场笼鸟或疑似诱捕装置时，不公开围堵或与当事人对峙。
在安全位置记录时间、公共地点和可核实线索，交由当地林草、公安或市场监管部门判断。遇到被困或受伤个体，不自行喂食、拆网或长途转运；按专业救护机构指引处理，并隐藏救护点和后续放归位置。
What the official notice says
The NFGA report dated September 11 says Shaanxi's Wildlife Protection Month began in Langao County, Ankang, on September 4 under the theme of protecting wildlife and building a harmonious province. Displays, materials and school outreach introduced wildlife distribution, conservation measures and law, including information about birds.
The notice also says Shaanxi will strengthen management of migration corridors, breeding grounds and wintering areas and combat illegal capture, trafficking and trade. It lists no species for this campaign, so this article does not invent a target list.
Turning autumn-migration rules into field practice
Use only access information published by reserves, scenic areas or forestry authorities. Barriers, ranger instructions and fire restrictions override social-media pins. Watch resting or feeding flocks from existing roads and platforms with optics; do not enter flats or woodland, use playback, food, live bait or drones, or otherwise alter behaviour.
Remove location metadata from photographs, delay sensitive records and publish only a county-, river-section- or reserve-level locality. Repeated vigilance, stopped feeding, alarm calls or a collective retreat mean you may be too close—step back immediately.
Purchasing and reporting are also conservation choices
Do not buy, eat or transport wild birds or products of unknown origin, including a purchase described as a 'rescue release'. If you see online sales, suspicious cages or trapping equipment, do not crowd the site or confront anyone.
From a safe place, note time, public locality and verifiable evidence for forestry, police or market regulators. Do not feed, dismantle a net or transport an injured bird long distance without professional direction, and conceal rescue facilities and future release locations.
